Local Device Storage Only

App Uninstall & Data Deletion

  • When the user uninstalls the app, all locally stored app data is automatically deleted from the device by the operating system.

  • We do not retain backups or copies of user data after uninstall.

Data Retention (When App Is Installed)

  • User data remains on the device only for as long as the app is installed and the user chooses to keep it.

  • Users can manually delete app data at any time via app settings or device settings.

Thief Face Capture & Security Apps

For apps such as Thief Face Capture:

  • Captured images, logs, or records are stored only on the user’s device for security and evidence purposes.

  • This data is never uploaded, shared, or transmitted to Trexx App Solution or any external servers.

  • Users have full control to view or delete this data at any time from within the app.

7. Transfer of Data

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside your jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ.

If you are located outside Pakistan and choose to provide information, please note that your data will be transferred to and processed in Pakistan. By submitting your information, you consent to this transfer.
